Disney has changed their process for guests receiving deliveries from outside vendors for renting strollers, mobility devices, or anything from an outside company when going to Disneyland or Walt Disney World. This does not include grocery deliveries at this time.

If you make a reservation on or after October 1, 2019 with an outside vendor, you will have to meet the vendor to pick up your item at the hotel "face to face" with the exception of ScooterBug. See information below. Scheduling times to meet with the vendor will be scheduled directly with the vendor. Disney has removed the authorized vendor option that allowed them to leave items with Bell Services.

If you already have a reservation booked prior to October 1, 2019, your item will be delivered to Bell Services as originally planned.

This page will be updated with more information as the information is released.

Update 9/30/2019: The Walt Disney World Resort has announced that ScooterBug will become the exclusive Disney Featured Provider of mobility devices for Guests staying at Walt Disney World Resort hotels beginning 10/1/2019.

When Disney Resort hotel Guests choose to rent through ScooterBug, Cast Members will work with ScooterBug to manage deliveries and returns of rented strollers, ECVs, and wheelchairs so the Guest does NOT need to be present when the equipment is delivered to their hotel.

Guests who choose to rent from another vendor will have to work directly with the vendor to arrange the delivery and return their rented strollers, ECV's and wheelchairs (face to face).
