Disney Vacation Club Description
You purchase a certain number of points to vacation when, where and how often you want. You are never locked into a specific resort, time of year, type of accommodations or length of stay. People invest so they can stay at over 500 locations throughout the world including Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney. The points are most commonly used at Walt Disney World. All locations are deluxe resorts, but most DVC locations are separate from hotel guests who book rooms for a nightly rate directly with Disney. The DVC rooms have more amenities than the standard rooms in the resort.
You choose a “home” to buy into, pay annual dues and receive preferential treatment to book your stay 11 months in advance. You can stay anywhere you want (non-home resort) by booking at 7 months in advance (Subject to availability). For more details about the membership, click here.
Browse through the articles below to learn more about being a member. There is also information for people who want to rent DVC points first before they buy into the membership.
Please keep in mind that some of the details may change over time. If you see something that you recently heard differently or has changed, please let me know through our contact page so I can change this page accordingly. Thank you!!
